or via phone (609) 351-8449 to inform him of your intent to participate and begin to recruit students for the program. We recommend at least six (6) students to form a delegation.
- Each delegation should assign one (1) student per twenty (20) participants to the Youth Secretariat. These students serve as the delegation leader for your school/YMCA. Advisors & Youth Secretariat members must attend training September 19th.
- Submit the Delegation Enrollment & Hotel Form, Credential, $100 deposit (per student & teacher) by November 1st. The Y-MUN program staff will send your committee & country assignments to you via email. Also on November 1st, Secretary General Candidate Forms are due and ICC/ICJ students must submit a memorandum.
- Advisors should notify each student of their assigned committee & country.
- Students start to research respective country, committee, and committee topic.
- Advisors complete and submit the Delegation Roster & Hotel Reservation Form, along with Pre-Conference Documents, Delegation Ballot for Secretary General, and program fees by December 1st. (link to forms)

- Come to Hershey, PA January 7th-9th, 2011 with an open mind and willingness to learn and have fun. Conference registration begins Friday at 9am.
