Presentation of Defense – Defense (20 minutes)
Rebuttal – Prosecution (5 minutes)
Justices may ask questions of clarification
during this period of time. Presenters will be
expected to answer the question and continue
with their presentation.
3) Closing Arguments
Defense (10 minutes)
Prosecution (10 minutes)
4) Deliberations by Justices – Majority and
Minority Decision will be rendered on Sunday
